Description
Obtains client information, engages in active listening with callers, confirms or clarifies information, and diffuses angry customers, as needed.
Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Transfer emergency calls appropriately and without delay.
Assisting in handling and replying to inquiries on hospital services received via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Live Chat, or voicemail.
Explain and provide correct information of the hospital’s location, various facilities and consultation clinics and other operating departments.
Making announcements via the PA system on emergency codes as instructed by authorized personnel.
To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area and report problems/issues related to the telecommunication system.
At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may become aware of during the course of your duties.
Requirements
Minimum SPM graduate
Able to understand & communicate well in Bahasa Melayu & English
Willing to work on shift basis (Morning, Afternoon & Night Shift) and weekend rotation as per the duty roster.
Prior work experience in Customer Service / Call Centre role (is preferred).
