Description

1) Contact Centre (Shift Based)

  1. Obtains client information, engages in active listening with callers, confirms or clarifies information, and diffuses angry customers, as needed. 
  2. Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. 
  3. Follow up on customer calls where necessary.  
  4. Transfer emergency calls appropriately and without delay. 
  5. Assisting in handling and replying to inquiries on hospital services received via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Live Chat, or voicemail. 
  6. Explain and provide correct information of the hospital’s location, various facilities and consultation clinics and other operating departments. 
  7. At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may become aware of during the course of your duties. 

2) Credit Control (Office Hour based - 5.5 days a week)

  1. To assist with administrative & documentation work.
  2. Maintain departmental reports / records / statistical data for administrative and audit purposes. 
  3. Assist with other matters as needed.
  4. To maintain confidentiality of information handle in the course of duty. 

3) Front Office Assistant

  1. To ensure the CASH and other collection via cheque, credit and debit card, wire transfer slip and etc
  2. To assist with administrative & documentation work.
  3. To answer all telephone calls and inquiries in a prompt manner without delay.
  4. Maintain departmental reports / records / statistical data for administrative and audit purposes. 
  5. Assist with other matters as needed.
  6. To maintain confidentiality of information handle in the course of duty. 
Requirements
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months (renewable)
  • Minimum education - SPM
    • Students currently on sem break /  looking for internship opportunity or looking to explore hospital industry are welcomed
  • No Prior Experience required
  • Open to Office Hour Based / Shift Based Work
Benefits

Hourly Rate: RM10 / hour
