Description
  1. Payment process (supplier, interco and etc)
  2. Supplier Reconciliations
  3. Delivery of Debit Notes, Credit Notes and Invoices.
  4. Monitor and check Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, IT form and staff claim to ensure timeliness and accuracy in processing.
  5. To prepare weekly cash flow.
  6. Assist in monthly closing and e-invoicing
  7. Perform others task / duties as assigned.
  8. Handle ad-hoc matters and projects assigned, as and when required.
Requirements
  1. Degree / Diploma holder in Accountancy or equivalent or related qualification
  2. 3 years related experience in accounts or finance.
