Description
  1. Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of marketing initiatives/activities for local and international level.
  2. Developing marketing materials for Hospital services such as but not limited to brochures & write ups in print media.
  3. Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials and development of such materials.
  4. Develop excellent networking with O & G Consultant & General Practitioners for local and international.
  5. Generation of new business database.
  6. To identify and develop strategies for new business opportunities for local and international level.
  7. Maintaining and updating mailing databases.
  8. Responsible for securing Insurance Companies/TPAs from both local & international level.
  9. Building close rapport with existing Insurance clients by implementing health initiative programmes and campaigns.
  10. Assisting in the delivery of approved strategies.
  11. Organising and attending events and exhibitions especially for local and international activities.
  12. Contributing to and developing long term marketing plans and strategies.
  13. Securing sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects.
  14. Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
  15. Monitoring competitor activity.
  16. Evaluating marketing & event campaigns.
  17. Responsible for achieving the set target for the department and managing budgets.
  18. Supporting other colleagues in other aspects of marketing initiatives.
  19. At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may become aware of during the course of your duties.
  20. Enhance professional growth and development through reading of relevant literature, as well as attendance to relevant training programmes (internal & external).
Requirements
  1. Degree in Business / Marketing and or certificates in any management related field\
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical field, preferably within a marketing environment.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4.  Team player and capable to work independently.
