Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
Work closely with GPRC Manager to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and KPIs.
Contribute to campaign planning, calendar scheduling, and budget tracking.
Content Development & Management
Coordinate the creation of social media posts and other digital contents.
Ensure content is optimised for SEO and tailored for each digital platform.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and external agencies for content production.
Campaign Execution & Monitoring
Set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversions, impressions, engagement).
Suggest optimisations to improve ROI based on data insights.
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and assist in community management.
Analyse social media performance and present findings to the team.
Competitor & Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and industry benchmarks.
Present actionable insights to refine strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for all digital campaigns.
Analyse data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Holds a degree/Masters or its equivalent preferably in the areas of Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Literature Studies, Marketing Communications and/or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in the fields of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Experience in coordinating and executing successful digital / social media/ paid ad campaigns campaigns.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and B. Malaysia, knowledge in other languages is an added advantage. ·
A detail-oriented individual who can work independently.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Highly adaptive individual who is flexible and comfortable with fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Has technical familiarity with social media, content marketing and digital marketing.
