Job Descriptions (but not limited to):

1. Dispensing Support

   • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescribed medications to patients.

   • Ensure correct medication, dosage, and labeling under the supervision of a pharmacist.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

   • Receive, check, and store pharmaceutical supplies.

   • Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and assist in stock replenishment to avoid shortages.

3. Customer / Patient Service

   • Attend to patients at the pharmacy counter.

   • Provide basic information on medication collection procedures (without giving clinical advice).

   • Direct patients to pharmacists for counseling when needed.

4. Administrative & Documentation Work

   • Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, stock movements, and billing.

   • Assist in preparing daily reports, filing, and other clerical duties related to pharmacy operations.

5. Compliance & Safety

   • Follow hospital, pharmacy, and Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.

   • Ensure safe handling and storage of medicines, including controlled drugs, under pharmacist supervision.

1. Must have Diploma in Pharmacy

2. Good communication skills both written and    verbal. 

3. Able to prepare extemporaneous preparation. 

4. Computer literate

5. Able to work shift hours.
